How can I add pictures to PMC posts?

Recently I've been applying for builder on a multitude of servers, and people always ask for screenshots. I have pictures, but I don't know how to add them to my posts. Can someone help me?

you don't need imgur, but it's the most convenient option, i don't use puush or gyazo, but they might work
