Join a Minecraft community or forum and look for players who are interested in joining a survival world. You can post a message and ask if anyone is interested in playing with you.

1. find servers you haven't seen with other people
2. make conversation and maybe help them with whatever they are doing
3. ask them if they want to join your server and hang out
4. play your server
5. PROFIT!
