Pretty self explanatory... I did it once before, but I've tried adding pictures, update logs, additions to the additional comments, and even changed to 100% completion of the project but it just won't come up!

You use the update log. It only bumps after 24 hours, and be sure not to abuse it, as doing so may lead to bad stuff. o:
I really feel like my project deserved more publicity, but I can't update it and it's getting hardly any attention...
