So I've been waiting for 4 days now and my mod still hasn't been green lighted, what is the normal amount of time? I know that people have asked this question before but I couldn't find the answer and I don't think its against the rules.

There is no normal amount of time for a greenlight request to be processed. It could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for your request to be reviewed, depending on which mod is reviewing requests and how many requests we have. If you don't want to wait, get to level 2 and you can post without going through greenlight.

What do you mean? As soon as you post a mod it is live unless you chose not to publish it.
