I have seen people who have a picture of a diamond and whenever you click on it you diamond them. How do you do that?

Take a picture of a diamond, upload it somewhere, copy the url, then do this:
[ url=(Insert URL Here) ][ img ](Insert Picture's URL Here)[ /img ][ /url ]
Do not put spaces between the brackets and such.
EDIT: Oh, you mean get diamonds. Whatever you post you get a diamond button at the top-left and people can click it.

That's on any skin or project. top-left (Any blog or mod too.) ...And servers....texturepacks... dat stuff.
