Hello. While watching other projects on planetminecraft, I found that someone added "Update logs" on their page:

How do I make this section? Am I blind or does this feature unlock only in some conditions?

Oh! Never mind, there was a tab "Updates" when you edit a page.
- Click on the edit page button near the top of your submission page images area
- Near the top you should see an "Updates" tab
