How do I upload the project,not where

I know where to upload the project,but I have some screen shots I took and I don't know where to find them.Also,how do I do the MC schematic thing?Plese tell me.Thanks.

For screenshots go to appdata, roaming, .minecraft and find the folder labeled screenshots.
For schematics get MCedit or single player commands with worldedit.
