When I try to post my texturepack on PMC it says since your new to posting here, a moderator will have to review my submission before it is posted. I have been here since 2012 im not new here also i posted my other server on here in 2012. I don't know why i have this message also a mod has never reviewed it. I have tried to repost it several times still no review. I need help, and im tired of these stupid messages.

You have to be a certain level for your TP or Mod to not have to go through approval. The majority of low levels are from newer members, so that's why we say "because you're new here."
Also there's a lot of submissions that need to be approved and not a lot of mods to do it, so it will take time. Reposting it over and over again will only make things worse, so you shouldn't do it.
