I used to be level 2 Apprentice architect but now it says I am new architect Level 1.

The server you had posted was reverified and posted by someone else. If anyone else has access to your server files and console, you should speak with them about it.
A mod can't "reset your exp". All exp is tied to the submission you earned it with. We can't give you exp without re-enabling the submission you earned it with. Similarly, we can't take it away without removing that submission.

How?
Do you post projects? If you do, Did you remove a project? A moderator might have removed it, Causing you to lose your exp.
