Need Builders For A Spawn

Alright lets get to the basics. I'm hosting a 8GB server with 80 slots currently and not making it higher till I get known or server does. I'm not much of a good builder myself and so I'm asking you for the help. The server is not Home hosted and is lag free. if its a tad laggy try to live with it we just got done with a ddos attack but it's recovering.
