Need Ideas for Donation Perks

Hello PMC, before you post your ideas on what would be great donation perks, here's what the donating system is.
Every time you donate (x) amount of money, you will get a certain amount of tokens depending on how much you donate. Then, you can use your tokens to but in-game perks. They don't come in packages, so you can buy what you want the most.
Now, please post below what you think would be donation perks that I should put on here. Please don't say anything that would be a game ruiner, for I don't want this to be a pay to win type of thing. Please keep them reasonable, thanks!

I would say that the larger the donation would allow for more perks E.g. If you donate I don't know like £80 (Sorry I'm British) then that's quite a lot so I would allow vanish, Teleport, kick, just high up commands really by the way you might wanna put no re-funds on the website were you donate because if people donate then get banned you can get sued.

Factions/PvP:Get diamond low-enchanted armour
Mob Arena:Join full games
Mob Arena:Join full games

It's a survival faction with claimed blocks, PvP and such. It's also Tekkit and Mob Arena

Factions: Own a faction. Own more land. More people in faction
Hunger Games: VIP access to full games, start with certain materials (depending on what you buy), special perks for 1 match.
Survival: um...
Creative: bigger plots, more plots, add more people to join in on a plot. Access to water and lava.
That is all I can think of.

umm we dont know what type of server you mean, if you mean factions is different with hungergames or warfare. so please specify
