I like doraiyaki. That uses pancakes. I do like crunchy waffles, but my waffles never turn out crunchy. Also PANKAKO

Waffles are better cuz their crunchy, but if you're talking homemade chocolate chip pancakes with real maple syrup then I gotta choose that.
