Can I ask how much does it cost to advertise on PMC? If they don't have that will they and when will they have that available?

You can advertise your submissions/youtube/DA and such with your profile and in chat. Pop reel is based on popularity/stats and we no longer have one specifically for servers. Commercial services are for the most part not allowed on PMC due to liability issues. There is not and far as I am aware no plans for the future to have any sort of paid advertising for users of the site.
