Greetings humanoids, Zoralink here, with a cry for help; as my chat is non-functional. When I try to login to the chat lounge, the "Invalid username" Error comes up, but refresh, and relogin as I might, I just can't get into the lounge. I'm not banned, I checked. I really need help, this problem has been going on a while. I contacted Paril about a different error a few weeks ago, but he didn't respond. So I'm putting it to the community. Thanks in advance.

It is possible that one of your scripts is not loading correctly.
I would suggest clearing cookies too (just to be safe).
If you have tried different browsers (PMC does not full support Internet Explorer) I would send another PM to Paril (http://www.planetminecraft.com/member/paril/) as he knows much more about Chat than most of the moderators.

For some strange reason, mine loads up before redirecting me to the home page. I've cleared the cache a few times, but it still has this glitch.

Invalid Username happens if your username is not cached yet on the site (wait 5-10 mins after logging in, then try), or your IP is invalid due to a proxy, which causes the special token sent to the chat to get slightly corrupted.

What helps me is running chat with no windows open. Or do what teddy said, because that will probably work

We have had this issue before; mostly it's fixed by waiting 5 minutes and then trying again.
If clearing your cache does not work - I recommend waiting awhile before you attempt to enter chat or trying to relog.

It is a fairly common problem that occurs randomly (for me at least)
Clearing cache has worked for me before.
If that doesnt work, add a new message to the PM, Paril will be notified
