Is PS4 servers down for anyone?

i got a new ps4 for Christmas, and gta 5. i wanted to transfer my gta 5 online character from the xbox to the ps4. when i tried to make a PSN account, it said the server couldnt connect within the time limit, 25th and 26th of december.
I dont know if it was my internet, or its just down.

What happened is lizardsquad decided to hack PSN and XBL. They apparently did it for the LOL's. Which is quite stupid. Idk why PSN is having trouble recovering but XBL comes up fine for me with just a little bit lag.

Xbox is up! Been able to connect all day without any issues, just did two seconds ago!. Playstation, is having a lot of issues recovering from this and I dont doubt that they are still down.

Steam is still up.. #pcmasterrace. Anyways, as far as I know, both the Xbox Live server and PSN are down.

im glad that Steam didn't get DDoS hacked. i would probley flip out if that happend.

Ya, well sony is going to be a -snip- and take FOREVER to put there servers back up, hope there up by morning
