AzieI couldn't find anywhere else to go but I have a question: I own a server network & the ip to the lobby is uploaded onto PMC. Would I be allowed to upload a server for each individual bungee connected to the lobby? I'm asking because I've thought about but I need to clarify so I don't break the rules. Speaking of Rules, I read the rules & couldn't find any useful information, anyone have a answer?

Nope. that is against the rules. The hub can only be posted to PMC.
