I know that it says that the feature is disabled temporarily, but does anyone have an idea when it will be re-implemented? Or am i gonna be stuck as apprentice forever

Read this. You will be a Journeyman Pokemon (or whatever you choose your class to be) when you reach level 10.
Your "Apprentice" rank is something different then the ranks which are Disabled temporarily.
Your "Apprentice" rank will change at a certain level, I believe it's 15 or 20 the next one, and it will change in Expert... Then at level 30 Artisan or so and so on and so on.
I have been a long time here, since 2011 and never been able to use the "Disabled" ranks, and I have no idea what it is.

You Will still Rank up You Just cant see the Rank List.
