There is no reason for other submission categories to have a bump feature. This is what update logs are for and you should only be bumping/updating your submission when you have made major changes/updates. Server submissions only have this feature as many servers reverted to fake updates/blatant update log abuse to advertise their server. Also, the feature acts as a way to balance out the top list and smaller servers.
