Rendering problems

I'm running the game at all Max settings, and it runs at a steady 60 FPS average. But, I have been plagued with this problem:

If anybody knows how to solve this rendering problem, please let me know.

You can made the screen to large. basically, you have zoomed into Minecraft!!!

This is both on Multiplayer and Singleplayer, though not as bad in MP.
