Server banner GIF works but "glitchy"....need help

I recently made a server banner (468 x 60) using After Effects and Photoshop. After rendering everything I got a well working GIF however when I uploaded it to my server page it runs but the display words are a little "glitchy".

One that I made was a little wonky too after uploading it. Might just be the site, or we're both dumb or something.
