Hi i own LMC server and i update it everyday with 24h delay... But it nevers goes on the server update list.... And i wonder why does that happens...

You're not updating the server correctly. You must make the necessary changes and add an update log when updating the server, showing what you changed. Remember, do not bump the server just to bump it. Blatant update log abuse will lead to the submission being disabled/deleted.

I'm thinking that you could have had your Uploading privileges taken away?
I recommend contacting a Moderator.
