Shaders Help on Mac!
I recently got the Shaders mod (and Optifine) for Minecraft version 1.7.10. Both mods seemed to be working fine, but when I tried to add a shader, it would say in the chat "Shader initialized" but nothing else happened. I am running Mavericks on a MacBook Air. If someone can please help me to get different shaders to work, that would be amazing!
Thanks!

I would wait till (if ever) the creator releases an update. If you have the Retina 5K iMac, it should work fine since those use AMD processors, but you both said you're using a Macbook Air or a 21.5" iMac. You might also wanna try different shader packs, its really hit or miss when it comes to those.

Is there a solution for this ?

TheShadbusherSince it's a MacBook air, it's using Intel HD Graphics, right? The newer versions of the Shaders mod don't work right with Intel's integrated graphics.
Most Macs use Intel integrated graphics.

I'm glad to hear that it's not just my computer! But my problem isn't the game crashing. The Shaders mod is running, but shader packs aren't changing the graphics at all.

Yeah, its a common Bug with a Mac, It Crashes instantly for me. Make sure you aren't running Optifine and start with a Fresh .minecraft Folder
