Shaders mod

Dont go crazy if this is on the wrong forum.
I use magic launcher same as SlyFoxHound uses.
And in his episode of Breaking Friends Season 2
He has the sonic ethers shaders mod (thats what its called correct? ><)
I looked up a lot of help videos and one had a link to the site helped me and all. The core said Core not compatible.
Then i look at page and it says 1.2.5
Im in 1.4.5
Is the mod for 1.4.5
If so help.
If not. I put it on minecraft jar. Jar. And it said 1.2.5 (Modified!) or the other way around. And when i started it. It crashed. I removed the mods left it blank still as 1.2.5 and it crashed.
I hear people say you need a 1.2.5 jar. Then how does it say 1.2.5 minecraft jar jar?
And 1.2.5 is still an option?
I want the shaders to work with mo creatures timber mod reis minimap pams harvest mod optifine forge modloader just a bunch of stuff. >< so help?

I have shaders and I believe there is a very helpful video on the Minecraft shaders thread. I used it to install my shaders. Good luck!
