Sims 4 - How can I fix this?
I'm making my Sim on Sims 4, but when I click into a new hair or anything new, the whole Sim turns into a color.

restart the sims completely (delete all the files) and start sims 4 back up again.
Took me so long to do it though...

Wait for a patch, ea usualy takes awhile to fix their games after they've been released.

Plenty of people on here play Sims 4, the people on here don't only play Minecraft.

Looks like missing textures or possibly a error with you computer reading them. Might want to wait for a update so they can iron out all of the bugs. Until then, looks like you are playing as death himself.
Ive heard of stuff happening like this, but only for a specific audience.

Better to watch game-play than pirate it. EA was smart and put stuff like this in the game so it isn't enjoyable to play unless you buy it like you're supposed to. Even if character creation worked for you, everything would be blurred/pixelated like when your Sim gets into the shower.
Yup. I experienced that. I'm totally fine with it, just that I was wondering if there was a way to fix it.
It's not broken. DRM (Digital Rights Management) is logic inserted into a program that limits functionality until certain external goals are reached, such as a proper purchase.
Those aren't glitches, but the textures the game is supposed to display. Ergo, you cannot fix it.

I understand what your doing, it still doesnt make it right though. If i were you, i would try renting the game for like a different console if possible, or watching youtube videos for the game. No way to fix this bug, as this was a program implemented by EA to prevent this.

Not that. It's 'cause when I'm trying to resize the sim, I can't see a thing and it doesn't just go for one color. It's different colors. 0-0

My pirated copy of the game is the digital deluxe edition, and I have no issues at all, the people who made it released a patch after they released it fixing traveling crashed and all of that stuff. I love it, its the game with no limitations at all! It just depends on who you get it from, I know two groups who did Sims 4, but, not sure if I am allowed to post their name, nosTEAM, I have no issues with their version at all, did side by side with a purchased copy, and no difference at all.

I once got Spore via buying it and was fine, then changed my Origin password and can't log back in and now it acts like I pirated it. Even though I showed EA, "HEY I HAVE MY RECEIPT" they just went 'nah bro we don't care, sad;fkadl;fjasdlfjaslkfjaskldfjklasdjf'. Quite literally, I tried to talk to a 'Joe' and he spammed me and left.
