Sup guys, just wanted some explanation about the Latest Skin Contest. Once in the Top 100, i know that it is then judged on "Concept & Originality" and on "Technique & Execution". So From looking at the last 100 in the last contest: if multiple people score the same then the one with the highest scoring "Technique & Execution" will win. However what i would like to know is what happens if they score the same in that, will they get joint place? will the average score of the 2 win? does a certain judge get the final decision? I'm just curious to know.

I'm not sure since I've never been a judge, but from I what I think, it would be 're-judged' to break the tie breaker.
