Maybe there should be a new tab that, when clicked, brings up a page with a checklist.

It has:

[ ] Mods
[ ] Projects
[ ] Texture Packs
[ ] Skins
[ ]Servers
[ ] Blogs

[Take to Random Selection]



So here's how it works
You select what you're interested in:

EXAMPLE 1

[X] Mods
[X] Projects
[ ]
[ ] Skins
[X] Servers
[ ] Blogs


And then you hit the
Take To Random Selection Button


The Things you selected are opted in for the random selection. So If the above where to be selected, I would get a random submission from Mods, Projects, or Servers. Everything else doesn't count for random selection.


I think this could be really helpful ESPECIALLY if you have no idea what to look at
