Is this build a good desicision?
I have been planning on upgrading my computer (not to standards anymore) but the downside to it is "I'm on a tight budget." Can someone please help answering questions about this build? Please
Questions
1. Can I get GPU (660 or above) any cheaper?
2. Can I cheap out on anything else in the build that won't hinder performance?
3. What fps would I get with BF4, FarCry3, AssassinCreedBF, SplinterCellBlacklist, Minecraft(Well Feed The Beast) and similar games
4. Would 4gb Ram be enough?
5. Is my budget too small
6. Can I improve the build by doing minor tweaks
7. Are all parts compatible
8. What rating would you give it & Average fps on games

That's a much better build. May I ask what games you intend to play on it?

Thanks for the feedback everyone!

karrthus1chuck_213035RUN AWAY FROM INTEL. AMD offers the same quality and speeds for much cheaper prices.
if you want a stable processor intel is the best way to go...AMD are still new in the computer processing business and therefore are not as stable and are more likely to overheat and malfunction
i would go for AMD because they are cheaper but if you want a stable processor go for intel
thy are more expensive but are more reliable and guaranteed to last longer
Out of my past 6 years of using computers with AMD APU's and CPU's, I have never had heating or stability issues.

I would recommend the following changes:
Motherboard: $80 vs your $160 (Save $80)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6813138372
Processor: $170 vs your $250 (Save $80)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6819113284
RAM: $60 vs your $95 (Save $35)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820148540
GPU:$120 vs your $190 (Save $70)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814150642
Your total savings from your current build to one with these parts would be $265. That's a substantial amount of money that you don't have to spend. Yes the graphics card i recommended is slightly less performance wise, but it runs the following games at the following frame rates (approximately).
Minecraft: 200+ FPS
COD: Ghosts: ~45 FPS really depends on settings. (45 is based off of medium settings)
COD: Black Ops 2 Multiplayer: 60+ FPS
COD: Black Ops 2 Zombies: ~80 FPS depending on map, players, and round
COD: Black Ops 2 Single Player: 100 FPS easily
Also, the CPU fan purchase would not be necessary as the AMD processor i recommend includes a CPU fan and heat sink.

Hmm, I would go for a 7950. They are around 20$ more but you can play bf4 ultra settings with 50fps, which you cannot do with the 660.
Also, use this website www.pcpartpicker.com it tells you if your parts are compatible and it has lists of parts which you can easily pick
Hope I helped
