Hello, I am Cs218087 and roughly 10 months ago I was banned on that account for telling a mod to prove on the chat (wasn't rightfully banned) so I obviously made a new account (what else was I supposed to do?) and got IP banned. It's been 10 months and it's getting ridiculous. Please unban me fully, I'm sorry and won't repeat any action.

So.. you broke a rule to get yourself unbanned? Not even counting the new account, the rules clearly state that you should contact the mod in private to do appealing. Posting this on the forum is not allowed.
"What else was I supposed to do" is a silly question. The rules explain clearly what you should do in the case of a ban, especially if you feel it was unfair (although given that you just keep breaking more rules, I have a feeling that it was definitely not an unfair ban).
