Updating not working.

Recently I've been trying to update some of my projects but it doesn't seem to be working. I added an update log, some new pictures, and added progress but it doesn't say I've updated it. Can anyone help?

If You Update A Project, Mod, Texture Pack Etc. And You Havent In The Last 24 Hours, Then It Will Come Up On The Home Page. But If You Have Updated In The Last 24 Hours And You Update Again, Then It Will Not Update To The Front Page
