Votifier Not Working On PMC (Help plz)

Today, my server members were saying the PlanetMC voting wasn't working, and they weren't receiving the voting rewards. I checked on the other voting sites and they work. It's not Votifier or GAListener.
Now just a minute ago, I updated the server and I noticed my console didn't get those "Votifer received from http://www.planetminecraft.com" messages on my console. I went to the "Votifier" tab on PMC and it said "successfully connected, but still no message on my console.
Is PMC votifier down?
If not what is it if all the other voting sites work?

On the server post. Votifier tab. Is the enabled box checked?
