I Want to Change My Email but My First Account Has It in Use

About 2 years ago I made my first PMC account. It has my main email address in use right now. And I made this thread because I came back and made this account with my second email address. Now I want to change my current email address on this account to the one on my first account. But, I don't know the username or password (because they take centuries to type in and I've been trying to make an account for the past year but my password keeps getting rejected). So I can't change my email address on this account until I delete my first account that has it in use. What do I do?

Maybe use something called 10 minute mail and change it to a spam email adress and change it?
