basically yes, and it will be all automatic via the software and licences, i have just gone over the prices though and some licences have gone up so:
First month it will be $90
from then on it will be $82
Please note that the starting node will provide an income of approximately $160 (depending on prices when all RAM is allocated)

No, I will take no percentage of the money and also will never come in to contact with it, the person paying will deal directly with the suppliers and their word will be final.
