hey so on my server i have craftbukkit 1.3.2 r1.0 and the plugins adminchat, all of the essentials stuff, citizens, facepalm, core protect, iconomy, mcmmo,multiverse, permex, simpleregionmarket, towny, vault, worldedit, and worldguard.
i have checked all of the configure files but i can't figure out why water will not spread. it just sits there like a regular block when placed, and when water is taken or replaced with a block, water around it does not fill it in. just creates a wall of water. could anyone help?
