What PMC Needs

Hi PMC,
I was checking out someone's texture pack earlier, and I noticed that MULTIPLE people were trying to advertise their servers/skins and such. So, I got the idea that PMC needs a 'Report' option on someone's comment. Therefore if you comment doesn't have ANYTHING related to the post, or if the comment is advertising (in the wrong section) it can get taken down, by being reported.

not a bad idea. we could use one. i'd also like it if there was a cussing filter, but i doubt that'll ever happen...
