If you enjoyed my poll, I politely ask that you check out my new texture pack Jagged Curves 32x, I’ve put a lot of effort into it and I really need it to get into the pop reel! It’s a 32x texture pack that aims to completely retexture Minecraft! Getting it into the pop reel would be a huge breakthrough for me!

I was in much better shape when I simply spent a lot of time walking, exploring and goofing around with my little sister. I gained a little weight when I moved out of my parents place, but still managed to get exercise being on my feet all the time at work. Since I started self-quarantining and mostly just sitting all day, I've gained the most weight.
(Granted, it is also possible that age/hormones play a role too, as I am under the impression that metabolism tends to slow with age)

The "best" full body exercise is generally accepted to be swimming but its not even in your poll. Ask any personal trainer or fitness fanatic and they will tell you this.
I would also personally choose cycling, which again is not in your poll, but I find it the most enjoyable form of exercise - especially when we are talking downhill, trails, and bike parks.

If you added them instead of "EXERCISE?!? WHY WOULD I DO THAT?!?" and "Speed eati-", neither of which are exercises then you would have had room. Derp.

I've been getting back into running recently. When I was younger I was a really calm kid and I also ran a lot. In high school, I developed a lot of anxiety and I think it's partly because I wasn't exercising. Hoping that running more again will help! :)
