Well, he probably wouldn't since he doesn't even really play/develop Minecraft anymore. But if he did, I'd feel sorry for him because he'd have a ton of people spamming him with PMs and comments.

The maximum level on PMC isn't 103. Nobody has reached it yet so we don't know what the maximum level is. Probably 9999.
