They only just give you a good title for PMC although they don't do anything else.

They're cosmetic only and don't have any effects.

As far as I know, no, not really. The class (Ex. Scribe, uwu, Strawberry, Pixel Puncher) is like a title you choose, the ranks Artisan/Apprentice/Grandmaster/etc changes based off of what level you are (Certain checkpoints).
