Why no one uses comments?

I have been investigating and seen comments are nearly to never used, however i see much potential on them. Why is my question though?
EDIT: I seen this is getting missunderstood, why many people doesn't use comments on skins, mods, etc. everything except forum

Oh, now i see the actual question.
It's because we're all lazy, and the only skins that get comments is actually good skins that were made with a lot of effort.
People just don't use or make mob skins, the only people who do are mostly people who only make mob skins or new members trying out new features they discovered. I bet a lot of people even forgot mob skins exist.
Mods are cuz pmc is flooded with random spammed low-efforted trash mods, but if you see actually good mods they will surely have a lot of comments.
Some people are just forgotten (like me) so they dont get any comments at all, too.

I try to comment. It's an easy way of boosting and giving feedback. You can also show appreciation for the work

we use it a lot, the reason you see forums with no comments in cuz you click on forums with either stupid questions or stupid titles or its in another language or they are just really bad at english so you cant understand anything there or its cuz no one knows the answer to the question. if you're talking about wall posts, well its cuz we're all lazy as hell
