Hey PMC, I'm working on a huge-scale project. One of the things I'm making is mountains.
I used WorldEdit to make spheres set to sand for that natural feel, and then I made mountains with them. Eventually, as you can see in my Trinity Peaks project, I've done some (imo) good work. I've converted it all to stone, but I need to know...
How do I set the top layer of everything to grass? Because using //set or //replace would be tricky, and I don't know if you can use masks for this kinda thing.
Any help? Thanks in advance.

acctuall select it and do //naturalize as it sets top three layers to grass and all the rest to stone!
Naturalize worked like a charm. Thank you!
I've been using WorldEdit for a few months now, and I'm more than positive it does not have that cmd... Maybe you're thinking of VoxelSniper (Not that I know much about it)
Overlay is certainly the easiest way.
you could try selecting the section of mountain and replacing with grass?
Is there way to not make an extra layer? Unless, the extra layer works with all of the little dips and lakes and such.
You should just try it in-game and look around to see if you like the look. You can always //undo
As for the first question... I don't think it's possible with WorldEdit, to my belief anyways.

Select the region. Then run //overlay grass
Granted, it's adding an extra layer, and not setting a layer to grass... But it should do the job.
