Sorry, but only users level 20 and above are allowed to post ad.fly links. I believe it has something to do with the fact that some people may post these links for no reason, and scams, etc. Higher levels are more-likely to be trusted, but there is the possibility of them doing the same thing - scams and such.

You're not allowed to post them as threads like this anyway, only as downloads to your projects, mods, texturepacks, etc.
