Modern Builds - A Community Challenge by T3XASF1RE

Today, I came up with a new challenge.
Okay, so here's the gist of it.
One day you were walking through your Minecraft world, when you saw a great city with many buildings and structures. Your job is to build this map!
RULES:
1) Minimum of 15 Buildings
2) Must be version 1.9+
3) No mods
4) There should not be any resource pack required
5) No plugins
6) Command block and redstone animations are allowed, as long as they're realistic (Ex: Animated building entrance sign)
7) [Optional] Use the following image link as your presenting image:

You must also finish the build and submit it (PM me the build afterwards) by June 30, 2016.
