Once again, I am hosting a contest-well, challenge. I'm sick, so I thought of a palette that I hope will be usable.

That's your palette. This is a friendly competition, so don't be threatening someone just because their entry has gained more popularity than yours. Actually, I have a whole list of yes' and no's! right here!
YES you may use the 1.8 skinning format.
YES you may use the hat layer.
YES you don't have to use all the colors.
NO you cannot steal someone else's skin.
NO you cannot break PMC rules.
NO you cannot ask me if I can let you win because (insert obvious made up story here)

I think I'm going to re-enter with a better skin (if I can that is). My skinning skills have improved quite a bit since April.
