Here is my entry. I did this by hand first, then scanned it, tinkered with the colors so it fit the pallette. It was an exploration in positive/negative space.

A little tip, when resizing check nearest neighbour, it'll get rid of the blurriness.

It's actually pretty easy if you disable antialiasing with brush tool in paint.net. That basically turns it into the pencil tool, but its resizeable.

The outlines are the same as the colours on the palette.
