If you're going to do minecraft.. And do a lets play.. Then do something no one has ever seen before. Add a little twist to it to make it more interesting and enjoyable. Make it so people are always curious to see what you will do next.
That's what keeps me going back to peoples channels.
Also, do you! Do not copy other youtubers personalities. Stay your own self. That's what people like.
Also, as someone else has stated. Don't only do LPs. Add some variation;
- Custom Maps no one has seen before
- Don't only do minecraft.. Try other games.. (Game no one really plays and is interesting to watch)
- Maybe come up with a challenge, and do that challenge
- etc..
Another thing that keeps me interested is constant talking. From watching a couple videos, you're already doing that, which is great
Also, if you're going to add some music in the backgrounds, make it really quiet. Not too quiet that it's really hard to hear, but quiet enough that people can still hear game sounds, and your talking.
Also, here's a tip: When recording minecraft, go full screen (F11 or from settings). This will get rid of those annoying black lines on the top and bottom of the videos.

I don't think you should give up making LPs just because other successful YouTubers have already done it...
I personally hate all the big minecraft names (not my thing) so I only sub to a lot of small time Minecraft YouTubers who are just starting out and swimmingbird (cuz he's one I like)
That being said don't ONLY do LPs- but I can see you've already done some tutorials so you already know that- you could do some collabs in the future with other PMC YouTubers so get out there and make friends I guess! :3 Adventure maps can be fun as well!

Everyone and their dog has a Minecraft channel. It's becoming really overdone.
Production quality is good, but as thenubslayer200 said LPs are unoriginal. You won't stand out against other Minecraft Youtubers.
