Minecraft hotel community

Hi,
I’m new to Planet Minecraft. Just released my project in here. I had an idea. If there is any interest I find it an idea that we can create a community only for hotels in Minecraft, so we give people a wide range of just hotels, kinda like goin to a hotel booking-platform when you are traveling. There can be all from 1 to 5 star hotels.

Well, a place (community) Where to only uploades are hotels - so only a community specifik for hotels. Linda like a community for leisure tourism in minecraft

It could also Be a platform Where people could by, and well their worlds for money - in respect for the hard work that has been put into a world.

What I was wondering about was how the 'community' would work mechanically…
A hotel builds only server is one option, as is a PMC group devoted to hotels (q.v. Groups group which unfortunately requires you be PMC Level10 to found).
Monetized maps are also premitted on PMC (q.v. the bottom of maps page for some of the relevant info)
