Any bukkit plugin idea or request?

So, amazing plugins fillpant. Finally a free service. What I'm asking for, is a simple plugin. The main idea is a easy way to manage your hub.

Name: WorldOfPixelsHub

Scale 1/10 how hard: 6, there are a lot of item clicking to run commands or open GUI's. Then some normal commands.

Clickable Items:

Clock: Hides all players, click it again, all players reappear
Diamond: Displays configurable info in the chat. Type /ec to restore chat.

/sethub - Sets the hub where you are standing.
/hub - Takes you to the hub set.
/launchpads - Gives you the wand (Gold Ingot). Click on a redstone block and a pressure plate to create a launchpad.
/settime <day,night> - Sets the world time to specified time, if you set it to day, it will never be night.
/sethubworld <WorldName> - Set the name of the hub world.
/doublejump <enable,disable> - Enable or display Double Jumping in the hub world.

Just some main messages in the config.yml file.
It doesn't need to be exactly like this, just the same configurable things. Not the same text.

Plugin category: Spawn

Suggested name: ZSpawn

What I want: I'm looking for a plugin that will take all players that join the server for the first time or after death and spawn them in a predetermined area, but it must keep the balance of people spawned in that area. So lets say my server has 3 towns A, B, C I have 6 players in town A and 6 in town B but only 5 in town C the plugin must put the person in town C to keep balance in the towns. The players can not spawn back in beds or back to old homes.

Ideas for commands: No player commands: Admin commands: /setszpawn [name] /delzspawn [name] /zspawn [name] /Zspawn ?

Hey my server is looking for something to make us unique. Me and my staff brainstormed a bit and we came up with a fantastic idea ! We even have most of it mapped out, and its really cool. Basically its a classes plugin but will have some permanent HUD effects to the player! If you can message me on this account we can go more in depth about the whole thing.

Tell me if i am overriding you with ideas but i just had a good one. Ok so you can fly around a world and at any point you want you can do /point and it will record your X and Z cords. then after you have done say 10 points you can do /point end and it will connect your last point back to the first and then you will have a polygon. then you can do /player ban and it will make it so players can't leave the area surrounded by the polygon.

I don't really know how many it would be allot though and i have looked on bukkit but there are none (that i can find) that have customization and are 1.7.4.

not sure i get what you are asking

I mean i have to set how many kits there would be. Like if you wanty a kit for heavy, scout and somthing else these are 3 kits, now on the config i will make 3 sections, one for each kit. Else (the simplyer way) you can download a kit plugin from bukkit :S And thats because currently i work on a friends request with priority highest.

Hi, I was wondering if you could make a plugin like where the player needs help from a staff member so when they do /staffassit then it would send all the staff thats online then the plugin sends a message to the staff thats on a say (username) needs help then the staff can get to them asap! but could there be a feature where they can't spam it? thanks!

Well what i said was about me, not that its imposible, i cant do it because i am not good at using file IO <input- output> and using want to select region... soo i cant do it, someone else might be able to.

Use multiverse portals.

A plugin that has guns, like I think you could have it when playerClickEvent (right click) and fire an entity. A sniper gun could let you click the middle button and give you effect slowness (effect (player) 2 1 255). Just an idea, but may be too advanced.
