By "Graphics will not be free" do you mean you charge actual money? If you do charge actual money, that is against the rules on PMC.

If you make animated banners:

1. A Space themed Background- (or a cool one)
2. Text per slide: The Gamers Network, Towny, KitPvP, Survival, Prison, 24/7, No Lag, Join Today
3. Bold and easy to read text
4. Fast translations between text
5. Add pixel diamonds and swords
