Basically I'd like someone to make a skin of this little fellow.
Including cape and goggles. Notice the each wrist has it's own accessory. Just pick one of them for both arms
Also exclude mouth and nose please. And make the eyes as anime as you can.

The cape isnt possible unless using a mod but the goggles are. ^_^
