Due to the complex style of your skin i would have to make extrusions to have a presentable render good sir so this is what i did instead of a bunch of work i don't know how to do [keep in mind im doing this for free]

Maybe I am asking too much, but I was wondering if you could do another one for me.
The same general pose, but with one arm waving at the viewer.
