Hopefully this is in the right section...

What I'm looking for:

[*]A 468x60 .gif banner
[*]Similar in appearance to this; [url]i.imgur.com/wJhKZLq.gif[/url], but has a forest or jungle background for the area of the right side.
[*]Where the server name is I'd like my server name (Duh!), which will be "The Sprindex"
[*]Below this I'd like the ip for the server, which is "play.sprindex.net"
[*]Both the name and ip will be viewed constantly. In the part that changes I'd like, Factions, OP PvP, SkyWars and Creative. Each minigame will have an item next to it, which will be, diamond, enchanted diamond sword (if possible, if not plain diamond) , water bucket , diamond block respectively.
[*]This font: [url]www.dafont.com/adventure.font[/url] You choose appropriate colour.

Really would appreciate it. Could I have it by Friday if possible? Happy to pay up to US$30.
